Color Consultation

In a perfect world, choosing a color scheme would be as easy as going to the paint store and picking out your favorite color.  But in reality, it’s not.  Let my professional and personal experience save you some grief.

Color schemes typically have between 2-5 colors.  Of course, the most obvious way to add color is to paint the shell of the room - walls, ceiling, and millwork.  Accent colors can be paint, but they can also be artwork, furnishings,  accessories, and textiles.  The more diverse the color pallet is, the more compelling your color story will be.  

Once we discuss your color needs and collaboratively decide on a scheme from my Sherwin Williams or Behr fan deck, I will collect individual samples that you will receive via mail.  You are also welcome to join me at the paint store and get the samples right then and there!  If you prefer a specific brand of paint, simply take the samples and have them color matched.  An added bonus - the small bundle of paint swatches is extremely convenient to take with you when you’re shopping for your room. Now you never have to guess if the colors will coordinate when something catches your eye!
